Does anyone know what the liability is of the builder of a devleopment for common area expenses (such as block insurance and common area lighting) incurred prior to completion of a develeopment?
For example, if only 20% of the block is occupied for say the first six months, does that mean the builder is obliged to foot the bill for the other 80% of those costs?
