Havent stayed in them mind you, but the 'Suites at 1 King West' are very central. Mixed reviews on trip advisor, there is kind of an old and a new part to building so depends which one you get. I did stay at King West but in the Holiday Inn, very convenient location and the Suites are even better located being on the corner of King West and Queen Street
