Anytime banking new security card reader

What do people think of the new security measures for online banking with Ulster Bank? Got mine in the post this week and it seems pretty good - similar to the Rabobank one but even more secure in that you need to use your ATM card along with it. Are all banks planning to move towards this technology now as the standard approach to security for online banking?
 
The First Active card reader which is similar (identical?) was discussed here a few months back.
 
Cheers Clubman, found the thread (here) - it appears the Ulster Bank one has been around since late last year!
