Would anyone here have an account with the land registry prai? and be willing to check on 2 folios for me please?

I already have a post up about the sale of house falling through and to be honest I do not understand due to no knowledge of law/ land registration etc what is going on.

What I do know is that the folio maps are completely wrong- this was done by original engineer when we bought house new 8 years ago.

I would be really grateful if anyone could help me
 
You can also go to the counter if the land registry office in Waterford, double check it is still in Waterford, and pay for photocopies of folios over the counter, you used to be able to do it over the phone with a credit card number and they post it out to you. But now its all on line, folios are a matter of public record, you should be able to pay for it online.
 
If you are not an account holder then check [broken link removed] where (if memory serves me correctly) you can use the non account holder option and search. You should be able to pay as you go for what you want. Remember that the LR is not definitive although it is pretty accurate in most cases now and IMHO should become the national definitive record as soon as legally possible.
