Oh My God, Oh the drama! I got trapped in a neighbour's house tonight while they caught their daily/nightly dose of this tripe, Traitors in this case.

The participants all seem to have limited vocabularies with "Oh My God" and other such ejaculations repeated at frequent intervals. If there was a story line, it disappeared in the avalanche of impious ejaculations and squeals.

Come to think of it a bunch of AAM posters prefix anything they have to post with WOW, an expression of surprise? HEY, the prefix to a question? SO, the prefix to a statement? Did anyone else notice this or is it 'coz I ain't woke? Everything, and I do mean everything, is either "very" something or other or "very, very" something or other. "Kind of" crops up a very lot, as does "do you know what I mean?"

Take the phrases and words I mention above out of their conversations and they are empty, content, and meaning-free noise.

re Traitors - I'm avoiding that tripe (to borrow a phrase of yours) at all costs... but now that you mentioned it contains an avalanche of impious ejaculations and squeals, I might have a gander

In better news, Dragons' Den is back on BBC telly tonight - real reality for the poor pleading pitchers. Alliteration is free folks, forever.
