A ACA Registered User Messages 643 5 May 2008 #2 Not got one but used one in the shop for about 15 minutes before buying my cross-trainer - felt really sea-sick for the rest of the day. Don't understand how a vibration can tone your body.....like leaning up against a washer on spin!
