Has anyone used schoolbooks.ie? What do you think of their level of service? What did you think of their website for ease of use?

Yep, have used them several times; happy w. service - getting the books ready covered was a big plus for me, saved a lot of time at a relatively low cost.

Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but still within their delivery period (28 days I think).

I used them last year. Again, happy with the book covering service...but delivery did take the full 28 days... so order early.
