On the Auctions results page (the only place where it is not possible for them to copy and paste estate agents fluff) it talks about a distinct cooling off in the market. Many auction rooms were unattended and a large proportion of properties were withdrawn..
Any one else out there worried (just bought a house there 2 months ago)... Re-assurance welcome!!
 
Not a property expert, but people have advised not to put a house on the market for the 2/3 summer months as June, July and August are very slow property months. People (potential buyers) on hols, estate agents taking holiday leave...

I assume thats just a knock on effect to the auction house....

Plus - it's the world cup - houses will be there next month.

Maybe not though!!!!!
 
Yes it's true re: summer months... just wondering if the interest rates rise are beginning to have an effect as well??
 
This isn't a Location. Location, Location topic, i.e. it does not discuss the attractiveness (or otherwise) of a specific location.
