Anyone order from Irishcountry.ie ?

I ordered a CD from http://irishcountry.ie/ on 5 November

I got an email confirming my order.

It is still showing as "processing" when I log in.

I emailed them about it on 1 December and the email to sales@ bounced back.

I emailed againt today and it bounced back again.

I called them on their landline just now, but it rang out.

I have now filled in the contact us form.

Is it a legit. business?

Or should I just get onto Visa and get a chargeback?

But - if it was me I would do the Visa chargeback - the website looks ok but doesn't conform to a number of requirements that all Irish business sites should - eg company details, cookie policy etc.

That shop has been there for years, is still trading and AFAIK is owned by Mary Finn.
