OK, someone is out to boycott us trying to get Broadband. Living in Ballinteer which NTL don't service. Tried Ripwave but don't have line of site. Tried Eircom and it is available in our area, but they say the line isn't suitable and they have no plans of upgrading the line in the near or medium term future. Very weird as the neighbours line is fine and they have BB.
Has anyone else had this problem and have they managed to get Eircom to replace the line?
