Anyone got advice on Reiki

Hi,
Does anyone know anything about Reiki?

There is a lot of conflicting information on the web about it,
Some say its the work of Satan, others thats it is harmless and only does good.
It is hard to find impartial advise on whether it is good or not.

Anyone got any thoughts on Reiki?
