Anyone ever used these for pensions?

Following on a previous topic on buying property through a pension fund, just wondering if anyone has any expereince of using these guys [broken link removed]

Looks like you can transfer funds to a trust which you can then leverage to buy property and manage it yourself thereby avoiding significant charges going through a property fund.

Actually I did, it's €3175 in year 1 and then €635 per year after that.

Another fund [broken link removed] reckoned you would be down 15-25% in the first year or two before the benefits would beging to kick in.

Based on an invetsment of 100k the SIPF seems to me to be the better option because overall fees are far less and you can manage the property yourself and sell when YOU want to.

Am I missing something here?
