We are currently at the planning stage of using them. So far have found them very good. Liked their ideas and they have been prompt with producing drawings. Ours is a 2 storey extension in an angular and awkward space so we felt we needed the design advice. They presented us with a number of possibilites for the space and listened to what we wanted (something we found a previous architect didnt). We opted for the second package (b) since we dont have much knowledge or experience of building. Not cheap but hopefully worth it for the finished product
