Anyone else have trouble with handbrake Ford Galaxy

We have an 07 Ford Galaxy, we bought it Summer 08. Six weeks later the hand brake went and we brought it back to the garage and it was repaired under warranty.

Now the exact same problem has occured again.

Are we within our rights to get it fixed FOC or will we have to pay?

Also is it unusual for the handbrake to give so much trouble in the Galaxy?

we have an 08 model but no trouble with handbrake. You could try Googling the problem to see if it is common or if a recall has been issued. Otherwise I would say your on your own! Slim
