Funnily enough, I've over the years noticed this trend developing in the same areaWe often get our post on a Tuesday rather than on the Monday, that had been posted the previous week. Dublin/Blackrock.
Apparently this is what differentiates it from The Royal Mail's 2nd class (also considerably cheaper) stamp and service, so that's supposed to justify the increase!
Said post arrived today, 2 weeks late! Other post arrived last week on time (i.e. within 2 days of sending) so not sure what is going on or why this one particular item got stuck in the system.Had something posted to me last Tuesday and it hasn't arrived yet which is unusual alright, usually would have arrived last Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
Why don't you just submit a statutory declaration that you don't need a license and that should stop them contacting you about this. They've been threatening to come over to mine to check my non existent TV license for my 40" computer monitor for years now.
I did. If you look at the statutory form it states that they need to visit and verify it in person. Why don't you just submit a statutory declaration that you don't need a license and that should stop them contacting you about this.
