Anyone buying AH in wyckham point dundrum?

Im buying in wyckham point. I paid the deposit and am trying to push through Power of Attorney so that my parents can sign the contract (am on hols in Oz at the mo) I haven't met anyone else buying an AH there yet. I know that there were 10 units made available 3 weeks ago & I managed to get one of them.

I was at the same viewing! I think I was actually chating to your parents.
I'm really happy with the apt I got. How about you? It was my second choice but it will prob suit me better than my first choice.
They think it will be will about 2-3 weeks before we get the keys which is prob a bit optimistic but sure we'll see!!! Will the power of atorney delay you signing the contract?

No way - can't believe you were chatting to my parents!!! That's gas 
I got my #2 choice also - I think its a blessing in disguise as it'll suit me down to the ground.
Power of Attorney will delay contract signing a lil, but hopefully not too much. The Council were a little awkward initially when they realised that I won't be able to sign myself, but I got my lawyer on the case & they seem pacified!
It looks like Council, developers & all parties involved are pushing for a quick sale, so we could well have the keys in a few weeks -mad isn't it? The funny thing is, is that I could be still be on hols!Im not back til Sept.
