Anyone buying AH in Beech Park Lexilip

Just wondering is there anyone out there buying in beech park Lexilip, and just wondering how the whole process is going for them.

I myself had problems with the council so it delayed us a week.
 
I paid a deposit about 3 weeks ago, got mortgage approval yesterday.
I still have not received my letter from Kildare Co. Council with the details of clawback.

Get onto them about it, I was waiting ages for my letter then once it came out the clawback was wrong, so it had to be reduced I was waiting a further week for the letter, the bank wanted the orignal letter, so that held up our offer,but the offer came in Monday, What bank are you getting your mortgage from, we shoud be signing next week, fingers crossed, and they've started working on the house my kitchen is in
 
I'll call them Tuesday about it, I'm buying in phase 2 so I'm not in a huge hurry. They won't be completed until March 09.

I don't know who the mortgage is with yet, have to meet with the brokers on Tuesday.
