Anyone bought from komplett.ie or bil.ie?

Hi,
Have found very good digital camera prices on the above websites (and they're in Euro which is even better) and I just wanted to see if anyone has ordered from them, and what they were like?

I've ordered stuff from Komplett before and had no problems with payment, delivery or the goods (wireless networking gear) themselves for what that's worth.

I purchased a digital camera from klomplett and had no probs. Fast delivery etc.
 
I bought a hard disk from komplett and it had defects. It wasn't in a anti-static bag and had no instructions. Had to return it and pay for shipping myself (after going through their application for return procedure) and then they replaced it. No apology or comment. Just - heres your hard disk.
 
Same experience as sleepah!. However I bought a KVM box off them and it worked a treat, saved about 50 euro also by buying online!
 
Thanks for the feedback...think I'll take my chances with them. If I have a bad experience I'll report back.

I was going to buy a camera from komplett until I found out that I could get the same one from pixmania including delivery for 40euro cheaper.
 
I bought 2 USB 2. storage pens from komplett.ie. I ordered them on the 10 March. They were delivered (16 March)

This was my first purchase with this company. I have no complaints.

I bought a digital projector from Komplett

It was around half what I was quoted from a bunch of computer retailers in Dublin

Had a little trouble connecting to NTL box but got an emailed answer in about 24 hours which solved the problme

Very happy with the purchase

BEWARE OF KOMPLETT / GLS PARCELFORCE FOR SHIPPING

I have a gripe with komplett or more specifically their shipping company GLS Parcelforce. I purchased items on 13th March and its now March 22nd !!! 3 to 4 days is what GLS Parcelforce state. It seems to be their problem. I have heard bad reports about their service before. It may be unfair, but I blame komplett as my contract is with them.
Here is the tracking ... note the "misrouted parcel" bullsh*t.
I'm annoyed, i expect 3-4 days.!! Also note the 2 "out for delivery" items.
