Haven't used that site so can't comment on them. As has been mentioned though on AAM in the past it is probably better to book directly with the hotel. If you run into any problems near to the date of the holiday you can cancel with the hotel and probably only incur the first night cancellation charge. If you book with some of these hotel sites you will lose the full payment. Have quick read of the terms and conditions yourself.

I have never had any problems with Alpharooms or Octopus travel or Hotel Club or Venere. Try www.hotelcomparisons.com and it will do a lot of the searching for you. However they don't include all the discounters such as www.booking.com. My own searches of late have thrown up Alpharooms as the best discounter most of the time.
