Went there recently for an Italian Cookery "Hands-On" day. I found it really enjoyable. Everyone got to make their own food (bread, pasta and risotto) - and we just shared the cookers and scales. Didnt get to make everything on the list though. Enjoy!
Went there with work for an afternoons fun.
Its pretty good but don't make the mistake we did, don't eat before you go! we ended up with a lovely range of food, and had to shovel them into containers to take home as we were still full from lunch!
Its a good afternoons fun....
I went for an evening demonstration last year. I was expecting (after seeing it on TV) to be hands-on, but it was just a classroom demonstration. That said, the audio-visual equipment used meant that you were able to get a good view of what was being done.

Well I went to the demo class last night and it was a lot better than I expected. I had twice tried to book the vegetarian course but it was cancelled both times because they got bigger bookings so I ended up going to Christmas Finger Food. Most of the stuff was meaty but the chef told us how to make vegetarian options and also made a few of the meaty things vegetarian for us to try (there were 3 veggies at the class).
The only drawback was the location. The class went on until almost 10pm so I didn't get home until 11pm. I'd consider going again at a weekend.
