Anyone been offered Stocking Wood?

Hi,
I got 2 letters..one last Fri saying viewing this Sat....another on Monday saying not ready to view til the new year!....They're not even completed yet....sounds as if the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing if ya ask me.
 
Stocking wood I think is in two seperate stages, one completed last March (which I viewed as a private buyer) and the other one I remember the estate agent saying was due to complete the following year. That might be the reason you got two dates. Just guessing tho so I could be completely wrong!
 
Does anybody know when the new phase of Stocking wood is due to be completed??? Or when in the new year will they be ready to view??
