Anything to look out for in terms of Legal, land ownerships etc. ? Looking at investment property in the Poprad area.

Hello,

I bought property in High Tatras. I have some experience... so if you want to know some exact thing just ask. Actually,owner of that property what i just bought is from Norther Ireland. I can help about mortgage too.
I`m from Slovakia.
 
Actually the tatras is a very beautiful location with a lot of wildlife and a good spot for skiing.
Its a great place to buy a holiday home at the very least.

I purchased a property around 6 months ago now, it will be ready in november. Let me know what you want to know i'll try and help
