we got through last night after 45mins. chap told us he had 98 callers waiting. he got us to reset modems etc until eventually he went to a supevisor after 15 mins on the phone to us who told him oh yeah there is an outage in the D11 area. This post will be deleted if not edited immediately wept. it is back now. the gimp promised the security settings for wireless will be kept after the reset. guess what, they are not.
