Anybody know which bank will sign letter of indemnity for lost share cert?

I've lost my share certificate and I need to get a bank to sign the letter of indemnity because the value is over €50K. I've read that BOI, AIB and Anglo will not sign letters of indemnity

Does anybody know which bank in the city centre would sign such a letter
