Anybody has dealt with Instance Access

Hi,

I attended one of these properties seminar recently by crowd called inside track. They are saying you can be millionaire in 3 years in buy to let properties off the plan. Downside is, u have to attend the seminar worth around €3700 and then join the club about €9000 I think. In turn they teach you how to get money to invest and how to raise mortgage. Also they will strike deals for you.

HAs any body seen this working?? Any experts advise?

My advice is - avoid like the plague, unless you like being stuck in a room with 100 desperate people, listening to a lot of "inspirational" guff, and paying for the privilege.

You have to ask yourself - why would they sell €1m worth of net worth for €12,000 when they could just use their secret methods themselves and make far more.

I saw several previous threads and submission for inside track and instant access. It seems to me a scam, otherwise why they are doing so aggressive marketing about their seminars.

Any way their so called DVDs are available on Ebay for £14.99 so I may get them and have a look
