Has anybody ever gotten involved in local or national politics? Irregardless of political party loyalities etc.; I dont want to go down the road of government bashing and blame games.
Just a genuine question as I think a lot more people are starting to really look at who is running in their area and what their policies are. Political party loyalties and loyalties to politically active families will not be deciding factors in the future as I think the population will have a more mature attitude to who they are voting for and why.
With several heavy budgets looming I think people and even families who have never been involved in the political arena will start to step up and voice opinions on where the country is headed.
