i work for my brother drvng a truck,its the only truck hes got,but the last few months hes not being geting work at all,now its even hard to sell it,and if he does he loose thousands,im just wondering is ther any way he can get out of his contract ,he has it just over 2 years still ows 50k,think its a lease contract

I heard of a guy who raffled his truck, sold tickets for €20 each got the €80k needed to pay off the truck. Lease company were happy to allow it to go this way and they didnt need the headache of the alternative.
New owner has a brand new truck worth €80k, and this guy can drive for the owner when work allows.
 
You need to get permission (under the lotteries act I think) to hold a raffle.
Just to be on the safe side.
