Any recommendations on Golf Holidays abroad

Planning Golf holiday next March/April. Want good weather - so thinking of Southern Spain or Southern Portugal. Has anybody any recommendations for golf in these areas. What are good courses. Where to get good value for hotel & Green fees package. Flight from Cork or Shannon.
 
I went to spain in early october flew into malaga from shannon I played 4 nice courses rio real la cala los niroanges and santa maria there is a travel agent in limerick who does package golf tours I am not sure of the name I also went to portugal in june and played 4 courses there I stayed in the hotel the golf in Villamoura and they do organise to book courses which are good we also stayed in la garbe hotel in portugal and they do packages also you can google any of the hotel names and see what offers they have you should be able to book you flights with aer lingus or ryan air
