Not that I've heard of. This is Ireland; finding a PRSA which offers passive index tracking funds is not trivial. So I'd imagine that there's no chance that anyone is offering TIPS or the like. The few bond funds I've looked at are terrible because the general minimum 1% taken out of the fund every year as a management charge is more damaging given the returns than when a similar proportion is taken out of an equity fund.
There are PRSAs offering general "mixed bond" funds but not specifically a TIPS fund. I'd suspect your only route would be a self-directed Personal Pension or Executive Pension. Whether a PRSA or a self-directed Personal Pension, your annual management charge will be 1%.
