Any pension which only charges if pension fund increases in value?

Does anyone know of any Pension Provider that does not charge an annual maintenence fee taken from the fund.Does any company charge only on fund performance.Ie no increase no charges.I think the charge on the fund whether it increases or decreases is a rip off.

I very much doubt that any pension provider would offer such a deal. I've certainly never heard of any. Don't forget that the annual management charge incentivises the fund provider to maximise returns since the higher the returns, the larger the overall fund, the bigger their payback.
