Any Letting Agent Recommendations near Killester?

Hi,
I am going to rent my house out which is in Killester/Donnycarney area. But just wanted to hear some feedback regarding some Letting Agents that manage the property that are in my locality.

I've had dealings with both Paul Daly (Paul Daly & Co?) and John Craddock (Craddock estates) in the past. Don't know if they still handle lettings but would recommend them more highly than the bigger outfits.
 
My advice is avoid letting agents like the plague. They don't care who goes in as long as they get their 6% of the annual rent. Ideally for them the tenants will only stay a year and they can get another fee from you nexy year. Renting a house at the moment is about as easy as getting ****ed in a brewery. Put an add on daft mon morning and arrange a time on wed evening and show it to them all and pick the best.The E10 is a lot cheaper than at least E1000 the other way.

Ditto to this. Never ever engage an agent if at all posssible to avoid them.
