There was some talk in the Sunday papers that a revised (solidarity) austerity bond was being planned as the current Solidarity Bond has a low rate of the return relative to what the Government is paying elsewhere and the term is too long at 10 years. Is there any truth in this and if so, when can we expect to see the new "Solidarity plus" bond?
