Going to put our house on the market shortly and was thinking of using an online estate agent. There’s one or two companies a bit like Purple Bricks in the UK.
Was just wondering if anyone had any experience of them.
We live in Cork and some of my family who work in Lettings in Cork think that “Cork is too small and that a real agent might get you more money.”
Just wondering is it too risky for the savings.
