Any advice on CAD Courses in Dublin?

Hi All,
Relatively new to the site. Buying a house at the moment and have been poking about for a lot of helpful advice.

On career/job side of things it's all a bit stagnant - in an office job 4 years now and not exactly loving it. One of the main issues (as I see it) is I have no formal qualifications of any kind since Leaving Cert (10 years ago, hadn't realised it was quite that long til just now), so as a way of getting myself moving I want to do a few courses. To upskill myself slightly, but also to get down on paper in a formal way some of the skills i already have.

The first that came to mind was CAD. I've always liked I figure I have decent knowledge of CAD from leaving cert tech drawing, but would benefit from a course as a refresher and also to teach me a bit more.

From googling it appears that best available option is:
Dublin Institute of Design - Certificate in CAD 2D
Priced at 650 including certification

Sorry, i'm rambling; My question:
Has anybody on here done this or any other CAD course recently?
How did you find it?
Anything you feel should be avoided or looked out for in choosing a course?
Does this sound like a good price?
I was thinking if it went well, I might follow it up with the 3D course - any advice here either?

Thanks in advance
Any advice appreciated
DD

Cad

Check some of the DIT courses in this area- very employable graduates- not sure if much options for part-time. PM me if you think I can advise further...

Bolton Street run City and Guilds courses in CAD.
We use them to train our guys in-house and find them very good.
