Animation in Powerpoint

I have put various items on my powerpoint slides, and I want to use animation to gradually draw the slide. However, PP seems to be doing something like drawing the elements in the order that I added them originally, which is not necessarily Top-to-Bottom. Anybody know how to re-sequence so that it draws the items top-to-bottom.

You probably need your graphics in different layers and order them appropriately. See point 17 [broken link removed] for example.

Go Slideshow > Custom Animation. A box will appear with details and order of all your animated elements. Just click-hold on one and drag it up or down the list to change the order things appear.
