sorry to break up the party but my information tells me that the first car reg. plates were used in France in 1893-not 1903. the leo dates are also a bit dodgy but that may just be a simple error

Ballymun Shopping Centre is listed as Dublin 9, while the Post Office in Ballymun is listed as Dublin 11 so the answer to 'exclusively Dublin 9' appears to be no.
Beaumont is definitely 9 - but yet why Beaumont?(with due repects to all Beaumontovians) - it seems that the answer is being shovelled into the question!
