And you think that this vest is going t protect your teeth, its not designed to protect your face only your thorax, neck and backBut 650 wouldn't go too far in a dentist chair.....ouch
In all my years of cycling from a little nipper to the big boy stuff, only once in the many and I mean many, many accidents/crashes have I ever done damage to my body and that was a broken bone in my small finger other then that it was just scrapes and cutsBut the helmet doesn't help the rest of the body, the airbag does.
Ah, there is another one for the head.

It can't do any harm anyway...And you think that this vest is going t protect your teeth, its not designed to protect your face only your thorax, neck and back

If we are going to make things compulsory and if the object is to avoid head injuries then I think we should examine the figures first. For example, how many people injure their heads falling down stairs compared to how many people injure their heads cycling? Then we can decide which is more important, should it be compulsory for walking down stairs or compulsory for cycling.I think that looks great. It's not bulky (except when inflated) and doesn't look heavy etc.
For me, the head is the most important part of the body, to try and protect, if we are thinking about people coming off bikes.
I've no idea on the cost, but would love to see that become a compulsory requirement for all cyclists (no doubt or could be made affordable, if bought in bulk, even with a little subsidy).
Very true. There isn't much bounce when one gets older , I have noticedAs a kid, I fell off my bike frequently. I bounced back up.
But as you get older, you bounce a lot less. In my 60s, falls are very damaging.
Aye, I know of a few people who have had facial injury's from cycling including my brother who knocked his two front teeth outIt can't do any harm anyway...
I know of some people who damaged teeth from a fall from bicycles ...
Maybe time to look at a pair of stabilizers or a tricycleAs a kid, I fell off my bike frequently. I bounced back up.

Rediculous comment - both factually incorrect and provocative! We can’t get drivers to drive their cars safely @ nil cost - You ain’t gonna get cyclists to shell out £650 for something which might or might not work.
