From having worked briefly in the business and seen first hand and heard a lot of what goes in relation to commission etc was always very weary of so called "independent professionals". Don't get me wrong im sure there are lots of good people out there and maybe call me cynical but decided to go down the route of self education. Ask lots of questions, read up as much as you can, always look at who it is that is gives their opinion, advice etc. I find websites like this a great source of knowledge.
Not sure if you saw the post I put up in the Property Investment area about 'augusta.ie'. Just wondering what people though.
