Am I liable for stamp duty?

I am getting a site (1 acre 80K approx value) transferred to me from my Parents and building a house (est 350K to completely finish & furnish) approx 250sq metres. Am I liable for stamp duty. I know I`m not for the site transfer, how about for the house?

Stamp duty only due on value of site, it does not apply to the building of the house.
