Alternative Mortgage Options

Hey all,

Currently on my fifth rejection so far.
First time buyer. looking to buy outside Dublin. Have my deposit.
The big issue is my contract status.

I also earn too much to be eligible for the Rebuilding Ireland Scheme.

Is there any other mortgage options available for someone in such a situation? The council page, just redirects you to the rebuilding Ireland page.

I second that.

A broker will advise you on how best to structure your application.

And they should advise on timing as well.
