Allowable expenses on rental property

I was wondering if stamp duty, conveyancing fees and quantity surveyor's fees incurred when buying a rental property should be claimed against rental income or against capital gains tax? Also, is Local Property Tax allowable against rental income tax? Thank you in advance for any information.

Those three costs are included in the acquisition costs on any CGT calculation.
