Aldi Computer

Has anyone looked at the Aldi brochure in which they are advertising a computer for 599.99. What do you think of it. I'm thinking of replacing my 6 year old Dell computer and originally intended looking at laptops. It's difficult to try to compare like with like on Dell's website as they have their prices excl vat & delivery charges. The computer would only be for home use. I would appreciate opinions.

Firstly I think it's just the computer, i.e. no monitor, keyboard or mouse.

Verdict seems a bit mixed, where as normally they rave about lidl/aldi stuff.

Thanks for drawing my attention to that, Tiger. There is a mouse but I'm not sure about the TV - it says DVB-T/Analogue TV on the brochure.

Not sure if you are confusing monitor with TV but tiger is correct - most of the Aldi/Lidl desktop computer offers are for the system unit only (plus keyboard/mouse) but excluding the monitor/display. The fact that this PC includes TV tuning capabilities doesn't alter that fact.
