Airport-shuttle.com — no booking confirmation, can't contact?

I made a reservation online 4 days ago for a shuttle from Beauvais to Disney. Paid 50 euros (for 2 people) and no confirmation followed, despite several emails. Phonecalls to their Paris office are not answered. Is there a way of tracking them or knowing if they are a legal service?

They provide their APS Travel Agency licence no.: LI 07502003 — so you could check with APS, I suppose?

Maybe there's just a leetle more workplace absenteeism than usual in France this weekend, though...

If you paid by credit card and the service is not delivered then you should be able to claim the money back by contacting your CC company.

Any possibility you entered your e-mail address incorrectly when booking?
