There is a very good chance that you are buying at the top of the market-if you feel that you have paid ridiculous money, it makes no sense to have bought now.
In 1997, all properties were starting from a much lower 'base'-hence the scope for the growth we have seen. Can that continue for much longer-unlikely.
I don't want to detract attention from the development itself, i.e. the topic of the thread, but there are no certainties as to how much (if any) prices will rise from here on out.
