I was delayed 4hrs with Ryanair 4 weeks ago due to a tech fault. I submitted all my details to Airhelp and was informed I was due a refund. I still have not heard from them despite me sending emails( 4 weeks now).
Can I forget about them and approach Ryanair directly it am I stuck in a contract of sorts??
