It is usually pretty reliable but twice this year I waited & it did not run at all so when the next one came it was almost full & arrived 40 mins. later than the original. Sometimes it reaches the airport a few mins early but depending on traffic conditions & pick up numbers it can be 10 mins. late. Still not a bad service overall & I will continue to use it.
