Just a word of warning to anyone booking rooms on this site.
It no longer accepts payments by laser card, but still has the option available on their booking/payment section.
I to my misfortune 2 evenings ago attempted to book a hotel through their site and after paying by laser, a message appeared highlighting there was a problem and to ring a specified number between set hours given.
Tried on numerous occasions to ring and eventually got through on one of their numbers. To be told that there was a problem and the money charged from my account would be un frozen straight away and to try again.
Tried again and same thing happed. I then went through the long expensive rigmorole again in ringing them to be then told that they don't except Laser. Operater says the funds will be unfrozen imediately.
That was yesterday morning. This evening the funds are still not back in my account and then I recevie an email from air lingus hotels to say that the funds will be reinstated within the next 72 hours.
Be warned folks customer care is not a priority with this group it seems
