Aikens Village in Sandyford

Hello everyone,

This is my first time posting on this site. I'm thinking about buying in Aikens Village in Sandyford and i'm wondering what you all think of the location, what are the pros and cons etc.

I'm concerned about transport links, does anyone know what the situation is with getting a bus link to the Sandyford Luas, or how far of a walk the Luas is.

To actually find out somthing about Aikens Village, as opposed to speculation about when the Irish property market will crash, have a look at this thread.
