Social and Affordable will not be put in Blackrock or Killiney. However it is all around you in Stepaside due to the relatively cheap site cost.
Us affordables pay €220k for 2 beds apartments.
There are 70 affordable apartments in Park view
60 affordable apartments in Belarmine
Only 10 in the Rectory. Probably because the developer wished to keep us out of the more superior development.
Needless to say the fact that the affordables can get the apartments for half nothing is bound to bring a bit of a price drop in the area.
