AIB wont answer my faxes

Can any one help me with the saga surrounding the return of banking charges by AIB on foreign currency transactions during the 1990s.

I had one fairly large FX transaction with Capel St Branch in 1998 and i really don't know if I qualify to have some fees reimbursed.

Despite 4 separate faxes to the branch over a number of weeks I am still waiting for a reply.

Before anyone suggests to drop in there in person, I am now resident overseas.

Does anyone know the correct place to address this question

Thanks

I'd write them a letter asking for an immediate reply and send it registered post. If you don't get a reply then contact IFSRA.
